Artisan Sourdough Bread

For years I had wanted to learn the craft of sourdough. Truthfully, I didn’t quite know where to start.

Back in 2021 I was a lucky recipient of a one year old starter from my Partner’s sister; Which she had dubbed, Petunia. If you don’t already know, any good starter has been given a name.This is where Pete comes in; Hello Pete!

I fell in love with the art of creating sourdough bread shortly after. Iterating on each bake, working toward the perfect loaf. Here we are, many years later, still loving the process, and most importantly, bringing you fresh handcrafted sourdough from Pete & Petunia.
